About Natalie

Natalie graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science in 2007 and a Master of Chiropractic in 2009. She was presented with the Clinical Excellence Award during her internship. In 2012, Natalie completed her studies in clinical neuroscience to become a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board.
Passionate about learning, Natalie has completed many post graduate courses, including studies in paediatrics and sports rehabilitation. Her commitment to professional learning has led to Natalie’s teaching role as a tutor at Macquarie University where she instructs in chiropractic techniques.
Natalie utilises a variety of techniques including Diversified, Activator, drop piece, Craniosacral Therapy and soft tissue releases.
With an extensive background in representative netball, Natalie has an excellent understanding of a broad range of sports injuries and she places a strong emphasis on rehabilitative exercises.
Natalie considers herself fortunate to have received chiropractic care as a newborn. She believes strongly in the enormous benefits of chiropractic care for people of all ages, from babies through to the elderly, and delights in treating a wide range of patients.
Natalie splits her time between treating, teaching and being a mother to her two beautiful girls.
About Disha
(Registered Chiropractor)
B.Chiro.Sc.M.Chiro (Macquarie University)
Disha holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University. With a strong interest in the biomechanics of the human body, she takes a multidisciplinary and evidence-based approach to treating a wide range of spinal and sports injuries.
Her practice incorporates multiple modalities such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, dry needling, cupping, and exercise rehabilitation. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor, allowing her to integrate tailored movement-based rehabilitation into her care.
Disha has extensive experience working with athletes and high-performing individuals. In August 2019, she travelled to the USA with Saisai Zheng, a top-40 WTA-ranked tennis player, providing treatment at the US Open in New York and at tournaments along the East Coast. She has also enjoyed working with the Sydney Ice Dogs (NIHL) as their head sports chiropractor.
While Disha is skilled in managing a variety of presentations, she has a particular interest in treating neck pain, tension-type headaches, migraines, dizziness, jaw/TMJ dysfunction, and upper-cervical related issues. She has completed the Watson Headache® Approach course, further strengthening her ability to assess and treat complex headache and neck presentations.
Disha has also completed the Complete Concussion Management Inc. (CCMI) course, equipping her with the skills to assess and manage acute concussion and persistent post-concussion symptoms when required.
About Ting

Ting graduated from Beijing Sport University, where she completed a Bachelor of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation followed by a Master of Kinesiology. Building on this strong academic foundation, she developed over eight years of international experience in performance medicine and rehabilitation.
After relocating to Australia, Ting further advanced her qualifications by completing a Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University, graduating with High Distinction.
Ting has an extensive background working with elite and high-performing individuals, including acrobats, dancers, and stage performers. From 2014 to 2022, she practised across China, Singapore, and South Korea, providing injury management and rehabilitation support for major international productions such as Cirque du Soleil and Disney’s The Lion King International Tour.
Her clinical approach integrates chiropractic adjustments with active soft tissue release techniques, structured rehabilitation planning, assisted proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, and dry needling. Where appropriate, Ting also incorporates traditional Chinese therapies such as cupping and Gua Sha. All care plans are evidence-informed and tailored to the individual needs and goals of each patient.
Ting enjoys working with a broad range of patients, from families and everyday movers to elite performers. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
About Egert

Egert obtained a Diploma of Education in Massage Therapy from the Australian College of Sport and Fitness in 2020. As a Senior Remedial Massage Therapist, he brings over six years of professional experience, specialising in sports recovery, injury prevention, and rehabilitation-focused care.
Originally from Estonia, Egert spent nine years working in Perth before relocating to Sydney, where he continues to support clients in moving better, recovering faster, and performing at their best.
Known for his firm, rehabilitation-focused treatment style, Egert begins each session with a comprehensive assessment to gain a clear understanding of your current physical needs. He then tailors each treatment accordingly. With more than 10 years of personal experience in athletics, Egert brings an athlete’s perspective to his work, allowing him to deliver care that is both highly effective and genuinely empathetic.
